Not known at the time, the original photo taken to make this piece was shot on 9/11/01 at the same time as the initial attack on the World Trade Center in NYC. The sculpture is located at the base of the same round tower that is in the image of "The Magic Tower" in (Gallery 2, click to see) I titled it 9/11/01 in respect and remembrance of the tragic events of the 9/11 attacks on the WTC and America.
